The four tires made of rubber are great for pavements as well as urban terrain. However, they were not designed for off-roading. They struggled with gravel and long grass and there wasn't enough clearance between the wheel bracket and the wheel, so mud stuck easily. That being said, our tester still loved riding this buggy, and it did climb some beautiful hilly terrains.

They were also amazed by the fact that both seats recline independently, meaning they can be adjusted to fit individual needs - ideal for napping.
The hoods were also easy to adjust for sun or wind protection. They didn't offer the same coverage as Baby Jogger City Mini Hoods. It might be worth carrying an extra rain cover inside the case.
Overall, our testers loved the way that the Nipper Double made it possible for them to take their twin girls Sydney and Lyla on all sorts of adventures, from seeing wildlife in the woods to rushing to the park for a quick playdate. They were also awed by how cozy and spacious the two seats are, with plenty of room for growing toddlers to play in. The absence of parent-facing seating and the inability to use car seat on this buggy were both noted as a problem by our testers. They would have wanted a bigger storage area to store shopping items and other accessories.
